Statement

Statement

It is inspired and works from everyday life, from the universe of the house she inhabits, from her surroundings, from the urban and natural landscapes through which she transits, and from the critical links and hybridization that take place in the framework Social. It goes from the intimate to the public.

Works with the energy and potential that keep objects, matter, things, bodies, certain places. She is interested in working from the body, with intimate and silent actions, the precariousness and complexity of the relationship with the other and the context.

Her point of view is that the world we inhabit and everything it contains, are living connection comparable to that between different parts of the body

The flow of time is a variable that goes through her work. Time is reflected in everything that lives. Accelerating, stopping, or slowing it down is part of its processes that occur through ruptures, displacements, collapses, dissolutions, transitions, preservation attempts, dismantling, minimal actions.

His practice reflects on temporality, the primitive, the precarious, the unstable, the ephemeral, the vulnerability. She is attracted by silence, quietness, what is on the edge of visibility, the glimpse of the action that has just happened or that is imminent, the contrast between primitive forms of community and contemporaneity.  Often uses performance, video, installation, intervention, sculpture.

She is interested in the glare, the spark that is produced by the intersecting space-body-matter to explore the ways of being and being in the world and to account for an «archeology» of the elapsing.
